Why are the sintered brake pads are the right choice?

In the market, there are organic brake linings that are glued with epoxides. There are nowadays commonly used in automotive and aircraft industry. Such brake linings are markedly cheaper and widely available but their lifetime and braking efficiency is significantly lower. These disadvantages are in case of cars compensated with weight and size that is not a limiting factor in automotive scope of use. But in motorcycle and aircraft industry, weight and size of brake pads really matters.

From this reason GOLDfren has been producing sinter-based brake pads (so called metal-ceramic brake pads). Besides the weight factor, another essential advantage of these brake lining is their braking efficiency. braking has a progressive course that is highly important factor in aviation in the context with sequential buoyancy and braking efect increasement.

Our offer includes brake discs as well. Despite some aircrafts and brake components producers use plasma-coated brake discs, we do not recommend them since this coating disables heat transfer onto brake disc and brake fluid is consequently overheated and pistons sealings are burned. You will not experience these troubles with our brake discs and calipers.
