BRAKE DISCS GOLDfren^® HAVE A MULTIPLE YEAR TRADITION.

The GOLDfren brake discs are manufactured from the highest quality steel available either heat-treated high carbon steel or stainless steel depending on clients ride style and demandness.

There is brake discs line made of high quality steel available in silver or black finish suitable for common use. Black finish is gained with passivation process called bluing. For the racing purposes, we strognly recommend using GOLDfren brake discs made of top quality stainless steel with silver finish.

GOLDfren brake discs are engineered and designed to achieve the desired properties – lightness, hardness, strength and impact resistance as well as high friction and low abrasion – demanded in high performance disc brakes used under heavy braking conditions such as racing.

GOLDfren brake rotors are available in round OEM design and various specially developed design cross and desing street dedicated to street and off-road use.

New types of OFF-ROAD discs in wavelike design are available for all kinds of discs: OFF-ROAD, ATV (Quads), scooter, street and SUPERMOTARD for front & rear wheel.

Rear floating brake disc was developed in order to avoid deformation issues that happen when brake disc heats up extremely.

Lately, brake rotors supplied in various designs with load removing have been in. Many of them verge on the edge of right functionality. These discs do not effectively prevent heat transfer from brake disc onto brake system. Some arguments about the modern designs may come up but they are definetly not tenable.

GOLDfren rear floating brake discs means perfect solution of heat transfer issue and eliminates brake fading and warping under extreme braking conditions. Pins prevent it from side warping which is quite common by fixed brake rotors. GOLDfren rear floating brake rotor markedly improves braking properties and protects brake pads and brake caliper from deformation.

For optimum brake disc performance, an appropriate composition of brake pads compound shall be selected. All our brake pads materials are sintered arrising from continuous research and development.
