GOLDfren products warranty covers only problems related to damages caused during production and defects of material. The products are guaranteed for period of 3 months from the date of purchase or for 3 000 km of highway use. Warranty is applicable only for the replacement of similar product or reimbursement of value of claimed GOLDfren product (motorbike towing, motorbike service, purchase of other brands products and mounting excluding). Claim can be accepted only if mileage is prooved and bill for purchased products is presented. We do not bear any liability for damages that might occur in products used for any kind of competition. We suggest to the racers reading our usage recommendations here.

Warranty does not cover brakes noise, normal wearing or tearing of brake pads. Customers should be also aware of the fact that some compounds are worn faster than other ones.

GOLDfren products warranty covers only problems related to damages caused during production and defects of material. Warranty is applicable only for the replacement of similar product or reimbursement of value of claimed GOLDfren product (labour, purchase of other brands products and mounting excluding). The products are guaranteed for period of 12 months from the date of purchase or for 5 000 km of highway use. Claim can be accepted only if mileage is prooved and bill for purchased products is presented. We do not bear any liability for damages that might occur in products used for any kind of competition. Warranty does not cover noise of brakes, normal wearing or tearing of brake pads. Customers should be also aware of the fact that some compounds are worn faster than other ones.

GOLDfren also recommends using GOLDfren brake pads together with GOLDfren brake discs in order to achieve better braking effect.

How to claim the goods under warranty

While claiming our product, the evidence of purchase of claimed product must be submitted as well as evidence of milleage approved by independent mechanic who mounted the part or approved by authorised seller who sold the part. While claiming the products you will have to buy spare part in order to use your vehicle while your claim is being examined. If your claim will be considered as justified, GOLDfren will reimburse the value of purchased spare part to you, either partially or full amount will be paid. Reimbursed amount depends on the nature of the claim. GOLDfren reserves the right for full or partial reimbursement at its sole discretion depending upon the condition and mileage of the claimed product. For example, if you drove several thousands of kilometres and damage was noticed, only partial compensation will be approved.
